In early 2016, Dan Franson, the Jacksonville, Florida Franchise owner, engaged the Value Mapping™ process to help him with the launch of his new franchise.

As a new franchise, we all have to be communicating our value from the front to the back office. The Value Mapping™ process is helping get us there faster,” says Franson.
Mr. Franson and his team are using the Sales & Marketing Value Mapping™ process initially to help with phone sales scripting, email communication and general language that reflects the brand and their value to their customers. Franson said he plans to eventually focus on the Customer Value Mapping™ process to ensure that there is alignment between his franchise and their customers.
